- Gather All Required Documents A unit will be officially reserved once the full deposit payment—equivalent to 10% of the purchase price—has been received and confirmed. To facilitate payment, we have provided our banking details for wire transfers and local RTGS transactions. We also accept manager’s cheques made payable to GC Concrete Company Limited.
- Select Your Lot Choosing the perfect house lot is an important step in securing your ideal home. Prospective buyers should carefully review the site plan to understand the available options and select a lot that aligns with their preferences.
- Pay Your Downpayment To secure your chosen unit, a down payment of 10% of the total cost must be made in full.
