Kurbriton Commercial Development is a Jamaican owned limited liability company with the intentions to broaden its base in Jamaica by transforming 17 acres of prime real estate property into a 58-lot retirement housing development. The land is located along the Clarendon Park main road in Clarendon.
The property has been sub-divided into 65 lots, 58 of these lots will house 1,250 square feet bungalows each. The remaining lots will be used as green areas, common areas, including wellness center with doctors’ offices.
The development includes 58, 1250 square foot smart bungalows well-constructed on lots of 6,500 square feet (minimum size), each house will have 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and den/study all with vaulted ceilings. The houses will be equipped will a Photo voltaic system sufficient to take each house off the local electrical grid which will only be used as a backup and will also include accommodation for charging of Electric Vehicle (optional). Each house will be finished with modern upscale finishes, to include porcelain tiles, solid surface counters, smart technology etc. All units will be equipped with inverter air condition units in each room and the living area.
The common areas will include a pool, club house, wellness center, play areas and well-manicured green areas.
